Just cos people are coming to the shop doesn't mean you can treat them rudely. They don't answer your queries and behave very rudely to customers. They don't follow the UK consumer law on exchange and returns of the product. The comedy is that they can't accept the softcopy of the bill for an exchange and insisted you get the hard copy of the bill. While marts like ASDA,ICeland, sainbury are accepting soft copies of bills. One of the worst experience I had in UK. Road side shops are better in terms of customer services when compared to this shop. You can't ask for the manager, since the people at the billing they think them selves are managers, ceo's. If you go to this shop be clear on what you buy, cos even if it's faulty, they say that you did it, that kind of shop it is...

Customer is lying ???!!!! - 14 My first UK experience- where shop owner has the right to say Customer lies. Having spent 7 years in USA, this experience really upsets me and changed perception about London. Please coach your team with values to respect customer points- its okay if dont exchange or return You have no rights to say Customer is lying and broke the stand I have left the item to the same shop, appreciate if the shop owner does a quality check against all his items in the shop - because you dont want sell a defective and say damaged by customer
