Unprofessional and rude. I don't know the name of the person who was in shop today(26th March 2023) but he was extremely rude. Will never visit timpson Hounslow. I don't have option to give zero stars but that's how the experience that I got. I went to get my shoe sole repair, the guy initially asked if it is for both sides and When I said it's for one said, he said he can't do it. When I asked If he knows which other shop can do it, he started uttering 'wynsor', 'wynsor'. When I asked is it shop or a place, he said he can repeat saying 'wynsor' , 'wynsor' and nothing more. My request to Timpson is if you don't want repair the shoe, could you please say so. So that customers don't visit to waste the time or get such treatment.

Abrupt , unprofessional and non helpful staff member on the 25/1/23 Come on Timpson !you're such an old high st store ..never had issues in the whole of uk except for Hounslow.what are you employing? How embarrassing for your brand!!! Never again will I visit your stores again..
