Post Office - Hounslow

Worst experience ever!!! You wait 40mins in one line while some funny people think they can cut in line! Not with me! They have 4 people in office but only ONE counter open with a clearly overwhelmed worker! Meanwhile two are at the money exchange needing to check the money - seems like counting is a huge task these days. The other lady is constantly pacing back and forth between money exchange and the self service point. We wanted to send a parcel after 40 minutes of waiting only for the lady to tell us they cant send it for us because they have no packing boxes left. We should go somewhere else, get the box, pack our goods and then return again to send it. NO THANK YOU. I lost 40 minutes of my life which Ill never get back. To end this review Ill like to thank all the other postal offices Ive worked with for their amazing work and fast customer care, such as Deutsche Post, sterreichische Post AG, DPDHL and Thailand Post.

Only one person attending general inquiries on a Saturday! A lot of people queue to be told they have wrong documents so they go into an eternal loop where each time they queue takes an average of 30 mins Wouldn't it be better to have an extra person assessing what people in the queue need to see if they are missing any documents. And ever so often cover absence such as toilet or lunch?Can they really not get more people?

Severely understaffed and queue was very long. Clearly they don't care about providing a good service for customers.

Just ridiculous you are just providing one staff and we have been waiting since 2 hours and my back line as well. Do your management in a proper way so that customers should not wait for a long . After complaining this stuff to you please take some action to provide customer a good service . TAKE ACTION

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They dont deserve 1 star. Still the worst service ive seen anywhere in the world. Long queues that barely move in an hour. Slow lethargic staff. No attempt to improve. No shame whatsoever
