Nono did an amazing job! Nails are beautiful. It is a bit expensive here but the nails are pretty I will definitely return! -------- Edit: I did return and unfortunetly had an awful experience.. The boys and one of the girls are LOVELY however there is One woman there who destroys the salon experience, she is rude and shouts and customers. She shouted at me after painting my nails the wrong colour and blamed me for the colour and said that I should know that the colour pallette is old and would not match the nail colours they have. Update your pallettes so they match your nail colours! She also told me she could not remove my nails when in truth she could not be bothered and rolled her eyes at me when I said I came here for acrylic nail removal and replacement. I felt very uncomfortable with her attitude. Oh and ofcourse the Price was Higher then what is on the board and I seem to be paying more each time?? I will not be coming back for nails for hands, although the Pedicures are very good!

The staff was very unfriendly and quite dismissive. I got my nails done and I mentioned that the sides of my nails are not painted properly, and instead of painting over them again he tried to file the nail down. I chose to get my nails matte and I can see some of the filed parts show on my nails. Its really disappointing that the end result that I wanted isnt exactly how I wanted it and its quite costly too. I would love to work with people that care more about their clients and they should really improve their customer service.

I attended yesterday at 11 for my appointment. I was told to wait and was not greeted. Then was told to sit down for my appointment to start, which starred at 11.25 approx. I don't remember the lady who started to apply the nail extensions but she was wearing a blue hoodie with glasses and light blonde coloured hair. She didn't greet me either nor communicated with me. When I said I want white tops and short nails she gave me a colour pallette to choose from. So I asked for her opinion and advice by showing a picture of the base colour I wanted but she didn't communicate at all . Instead said "choose your colour" pointing at the colour palette. So I selected the colour bit then I noticed she had only applied extensions on 3 of my fingers on each hand then she disappeared for 1 hour without telling me what she was doing or where she was going nor did she apologise. There were other people getting their nails done too, but I was sat there waiting. Then this other nail technician asked me to move seats and come to her. So I did. She asked what I wanted I said acrylics with white tip but I want them short. She then said which base colour which showed her. But she said this colour isn't nice and told if I was sure like 4 times. I choose a light pink which is a normal base colour for white tips. I don't really understand what her problem was. But then she started to do my nails and was huffing and puffing. She then asked how short or long I wanted them. I said I was them as short as they can go as I work in professional environments so can't have very long nails plus it's my preference. However, she said no this won't look nice on white tips. But I said I've had it done at other salons before with NO problems. She cut the extensions down whilst pulling my finger and then said no she can't make them short. I did say I wanted them short. But she did not respect my wishes and preferences. She then left them long which is hurting my fingers now, and aggressively did my nails. I was charged 40 pounds and wasn't given a. Loyalty card when other customers got one. And then I gave the money even though she quoted a different price in the beginning. Why did she change prices last minute? I don't understand why her and her colleague were very unprofessional and rude, and they did NOT communicate at all. They had poor rapport with myself , showed no signs of politeness at all. I wanted 40 pounds on absolute rubbish nails which are standing upwards and are sooooo thick that I can't do my normal house work etc. It's hurting my fingers and I want to remove them but this will cost me more. I have never paid 40 pounds for plain white tips in my life. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will be taking this matter further. Physical violence and unfriendly. Service: Manicure
