Amazing charity shop. Great staff who are very helpful. They have good stuff there on most days. I would highly recommend them.

I was in there today, and these two racist white women working there, kept watching me, as if I was about to shoplift the place. I only came to see what books they had on sale. I did not buy anything because of these two women. Avoid this place.

What is wrong with you people! Complaining about the staff??? Most of them are VOLUNTEERS! without them you couldn't eventually even get inside the shop! And taking pictures of them and post on Google?? How sad are you? And Complaing about the quality of the products? They are dirty??? Is second hand darling what do you expect??? Don't go to a charity shop if you're expecting 5starts service!!!!!!!! I have completely lost hope in the humanity. You're just good on complaint. I apologise to British Heart Foundation on the behalf of these people.

The two women in there were not particularly welcoming, they just look at you and then the younger one just stands behind the till staring at you while you're in the shop. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit this one again. This is the second time I've visited this shop - staff seemed to be mainly students, who didn't know how to use the till and were standing around having a chat with one of their friends. The last time I went in , the girl behind the till just stared at me the whole time I was in the shop, she clearly had nothing else to do. Also, the older lady starts serving a pushy customer before I have had chance to put my things in my bag and step away from the till, shabby standards, not to mention the fact that their prices are quite high for a charity shop.
