Knight young is a very worst agency i have ever been in my life. They are really not going to help you once you let in to the property. We have struggled a lot with them. They dont even bother if u have any issue in your home once the agreement starts. They dont even respond to ur emails or calls even if it is urgent situation also. They gave a house full of faults once we get into the property which is more like toilet water leakage(if someone in upstairs flushes toilet, we get waste water drops from ceiling and splashes to us if we use bathroom, its so disgusting and unhygiene) and also if we use kitchen sink for washing dishes are going to store in washing machine and its vice versa if you are using ur washing machine for that everything happened to us, they didnt even give proper explanation and didnt even do any repair and also we vacated the house after one year once agreement get over. They are like let them adjust to the house... They make you to wait till the agreement get over even if the house is in very worse condition. Very bad behaviour and also such a rude people working there as well.
