This company gave us a nightmare we booked a full Ramadan Umrah package and paid the full amount in January 2022. Three days to our travel we discovered that they did not buy our tickets nor book our hotels in Makka and Madina. And they still keep lying to refund our money. We had well prepared to perform our first ever umrah but they let us down subhanallah.

Assalamualaikum Dear Brothers and Sisters, As a Muslim completing Hajj/ Umrah the pilgrimage of the dream of many Muslims. In January aunt and uncle decided that it was time to complete their obligation to Allah and went and booked the package with AEROLINKS TRAVEL LIMITED / HAJJ AND UMRAH EXPERTS. It hurt that much more when this opportunity was snatched away from them. They were persistently contacted via email and on the phone and even forced to pay extra in order for the booking. However, as soon as the full payment was made everything changed. When they tried to get confirmation 3 months down the line they are continually being gaslighted on the phone. As a last resort they went to their registered office, they were told they had vacated in 2018 and their branch in Hounslow is now an antique shop. This all seems to have been a cover from a fake travel agency or at least one that isnt physically trading in the UK. The accredited bodies on their website i.e. ATOL are incorrect, they are not ATOL registered. They're due to fly out next week and they still have not received their package that was paid for in full and are being cheated out of their money. One star is a star too many. Silly people.

I book umrah package with them in 2019 they charge me 1000 in shape of Accommodation due to covid 19 they cancelled my package and not give me refund my 1000 since that time I call them every second week not give me positive response on the other hand one of our family member got same situation and get money refund with other people I request them to please refund my money otherwise I will contact with hotel management in Saudi Arabia and request them to cancelled contract with them
