Excellent experience. Crosswater shower broke Wednesday, found the (extremely rare) cartridge here. Was worried because the price was cheaper than everywhere else, but took the plunge based on the good reviews here. Wasn't disappointed. Ordered Wednesday night 10pm, dispatched 9am Thursday, arrived 9am Friday. Fitted and shower running again by midday Friday. Very happy. Thank you.

My friend recommended Central heat to me a number of years ago and I used them for my parents bathroom. Jas was so good so I went back to see him when I had my bathroom done and that was a year ago. Meant to do a review but forgot. I absolutely love my bathroom and I could not have achieved the outcome without his advice. My daughter in law is about to do her bathroom and I have just recommended Jas to her. You just cant go wrong. Thank you again

Bought a Crosswater on/off cartridge from them online. It was the lowest price I could find, cheaper than from Crosswater themselves. The part was couriered out the same day and delivered a day or two after. The part's all good, had been checked, would use again.
