I would suggest people never, ever go to this place. This is run by a man called Hameed. He tells everyone that he's the first estate agent in Hounslow and working for 40 years. He cheats people and take their money away. He charged money for the rented place then he charged separately for tenancy agreement and then charged again for adding one more person. He recommended me to a charter survey who makes report for the house. He was also dodgy guy. He took my money and didn't give me report. He never answered my phone and when Hameed call him in front of me this guy never answer. His name is Rizwan. But when Hameed call him from different number he answers straight away. This place is full of cheater people who just want to steal others money. I also found out that this place has been closed two or three time in the past coz Hameed took people money and run away. He also tried to cheat my friend by trying him to rent the place which was already given to some one else. All I can say is this place is full of cheater and never ever go there. They will take your money away. If you go there they will make you to wait all day. Just horrible horrible place especially this man called Hameed...
