        After hearing lots of good compliments in our community about Nadir Darediya, when the time came to get on the property ladder, I knew he was the perfect person to approach. Excellent service and guidance were provided throughout the whole process as I was a first-time buyer and did not have much knowledge of the procedures. Nadir was courteous, patient, and diligent to follow through with any queries I had and went above and beyond to negotiate the purchase price, helping us stay within our budget. I would highly recommend Perfect Financial Services, as they succeeded in providing an informative and professional service, exceeding all my expectations.

        I met Nadir through a colleague after I was exhausted with high streets financial institutions. I had a good credit but with policy changes some of he lenders wouldnt accommodate me. Nadir was approachable and listen to my needs. He was very diligent though it was difficult but he manage to find a solution for me. He was quick to find a lender for my needs. I was desperate to find a solution for my financial burden and emotional support. Within the time frame Nadir manage to get a product and completed with my satisfaction. I would strongly recommend anyone to use his services. Nadir may charge a fee which I think is worth at the end. Nadir will do his best to get the right products and services to your needs. Consider the time and effort needed and accessibility which would be worthwhile at the end. Through Nadir one will achieve the best possible solution instead of approaching different lenders to find the best solution. I highly recommend anyone to use Perfect Financial Services Ltd.
