        As adviced by Customer Service to visit the store and all problems would be solved I visited Hounslow O2 store. The manager named Ritesh nearly ignored my issue and tried to avoid my problem, I didn't see any hope of getting my job done asap although being in HOUNSLOW O2 STORE. I had to switch to other network for time being. My only problem is why was I adviced by CS to go to nearest Store then the Manager can't help me, not at all supporting in any ways and all waste of my time and money to buy new network.
