        Sending a dhl parcel including some gifts for my old mum during covid time turned from the pleasure to give to a huge frustration because of this young lady in the store: very arrogant, rude and difficult to have a proper conversation with. Am fully aware about the stuff that can be sent internationally and cannot, but this lady was making rules of her own and commenting I was sending too much chocolate or dettol wipes were not allowed and this and that... stuff I have been sending without a single issue from other Ryman stores or dhl points. Will never use the services of this store again.

        A very rude young lady. She didn't give me a chance to explain, she wouldn't listen to me. She addressed me as if I was her friend. Very unprofessional. It did not help to resolve the situation.
