My 2 Sisters who came from India went to this shop today (07/05/19) which is on 125 high Street. They had a very bad experience. The lady over there shouted at them , was being really rude and asked them to get out of the shop when they were struggling to control the kids. We do understand that with kids running around it's normal to get annoyed but shouting at them to get out the shop and shouting at the kids is not the right way to handle this situation. They left almost in tears and they said this is the first time they ever had a very bad experience in uk as a tourist. I would like to make a formal complaint in regards with this and if anyone knows how to do it please let me know. Thank you

Very friendly and helpful staff and always doing a great job for a very important cause. Ignore the bad comments,a great shop with a great choice of goods. Highly recommended!!!

I came from India as a tourist , people in London were very polite and friendly , Yesterday I went to this charity shop in Hounslow and had a very bad experience because of the staff there ,my kids and my sister kid were roaming around the shop and excited about the stuffs there , the staff was shouting at the kids and behaving very badly , and shouted at us as well to leave the shop immediately ,she forgot the basic rule - Customer is the King , how can the charity shop have a staff whose is impatient and not polite , I and my sister didn't utter a word but came back politely , hope she regrets for her behaviour and not behave in the same manner to any customers .
