It's not as big as other branches, hence lesser choice available. But I believe that wouldn't matter if you choose something online you can buy it there. It was understaffed the day I visited, so they kept hushing us to finish as they would close earlier than usual.

Nice shop for fine gold, silver and diamond jewellery and decoration items. Most of the times they have good offers going on. I have bought quite a lot of times from here for myself and also for gifting. Good customer service as well. This particular store is located in treaty center ok high street Hounslow. Nearest parking is in the Treaty center itself or at Asda.

I went there today to see if I could try on a few different watches. The main watch I wanted to try on wasn't even shown on display, it was missing and nobody thought to replace it. The other watch wasn't even featured, and when I asked the employee to check if they had the watch in stock, they said they had none. I did make sure to check in store stock before visiting, and I was disappointed that I couldn't try any of the watches that I was interested in buying. I don't think this company is that serious anymore, because nobody thought to ask me what I was looking for, when I was browsing the watch displays.
