We've already had problems on the first day of our staying. We were given the wrong room, and the recepcionist said it would only be fixed several days later. (Because of his bad memory, he said). The bathroom smelled like cabbage and we didn't even have a hair-dryer. The layout of the rooms were unprofessional and weird. The hallways are too narrow and the walls are thin. The location is fine though, it's a quiet neighbourhood and the underground is close.
