Superdrug

Today i went to Hounslow central superdrug to get vape however once I reached in counter as the boxes are empty of vape and we need to ask in counter for staff to get from inside , once I went in counter the lady called Mariam she didnt know where they storage vapes and she asked her friend who was next to her and she said she is busy and ask me to wait in other counter as I was waiting she came back and said there is no one of them there as I can see she didnt even went to check , this is not the way they should treat their customers im a regular client there and just because of some staff who are not interested to do their job properly , really disappointed.

I went in there click and collect, unfortunately my order wasnt ready so I decided to purchase the items in store as I needed them for the next day. The worker Heathal was so helpful with helping me find my foundation match and was just overall a friendly person.

The lady who is the sales assistant in the perfume section sometimes makes her voice like she is mocking people,how muchh yesss there you goo,and then become serious after two seconds. Not very professional maybe she thinks sometimes she works in a circus and not in Superdrugs?

I the worst experience the Indian assistance manager kept following asked her to much me didnt know what she doing all she and one of her staff kept on following even I spent a lot of money their I will never shop there again
