Extremely rude receptionist Jas!! She clearly has no manners and no people skills!! I'm calling distressed and concerned with my health condition and have to deal with this rude, bad-mannered and impolite person who shouts and doesnt listen!! Jas needs to do a "anger management" course and a course on "interaction skills" with people!!

The most awful GP surgery. The receptionists are incredibly rude and the Doctors do not care about patients whatsoever nor do they have any real bedside manner. My mother, who has had a history of issues including high blood pressure, called for an appointment and after describing her symptoms, the doctor told her she was fine and that she could simply have had a viral infection. My mother was told to either go to the hospital or if she feels worse to book a face to face appointment. Despite her history of health, she was not even offered a face to face consultation or anything else. Unless she felt worse. The next day, my sister had to take my mother to the hospital after calling 111 as she lost feeling in one side of her body and could not walk. We found out later that she was having transient ischaemic attacks over a period of time, commonly known as mini strokes. The doctor called while my sister was in the ambulance and when my sister told her where my mother was, the doctor did not seem to care and could not even form a response. Now my mother is in the hospital recovering, while still unable to move one side of her body. There is even some brain damage. This GP is the worst GP, no one seems to care and there is absolutely no patient priority here. Completely disgusted with the care received and the attitude of the doctors here. If you genuinely want to be seen or doctors that look after you, do not bother going here.

Nice doctors especially Dr Sharma, the nurse and healthcare assistant are just amazing (lovely professional and polite) , both doctors Mangat are old fashion but super nice, especially with the newborn baby. The reception staff are always helpful including the manager. The only thing they really need to improve is actual rooms and reception, needs painting decorating and deep cleaning as it looks very old and dirty. Overall nice surgery and I wouldn't change my GP practice.
