It is over 1.5 months already and I still can not get my money refund yet, I had called and sent you email, would like to know how long you want to hold my money before you want to give it back to me???

I had a very bad experience with a young staff who did not seem to understand her job in resolving my issue and she behaved as if every customer is stupid and she became very rude to me when it was suggested to do her job in a better manner/attitude to the customer. She kept defending herself with useless arguments instead of saying sorry which showed more of her ignorance and disrespectful attitude to the customer. Much appreciated to the mature lady, one of the staff, who noticed this young lady attitude to me and asked her to leave and to go inside.

Very bad customer service. The overall staff service was good. But the mangers (norin)was nightmare very rude dont know how deal with customer She didnt even listen to you or dont even go to company policy.

Very disappointed with your service as I have paid 488.95- for a Air Purifier and you suppose to deliver to me on Saturday, but yesterday Saturday you did not make the delivery and just no show and no call, So I went Argos store to see what is going on with the Air purifiers today Sunday , your staff called the delivery department for me, and the delivery department only say want to refund the money to me and I need to wait for 40 hours to get the money back with no reason, I told her I was so disappointed and I don't accept the refund offer with no reason, at the end the delivery department told your staff at the store that they will deliver the Air Purifier tomorrow to me and will send me an email to confirm, I left the store and wait for hours and still have not received any confirm delivery email from Argos yet!!! I hope you will deliver the Air Purifier to me tomorrow and I think it is wasting time to make any purchases at Argos in the future.
