Citrus

Bought three vapes in a week, first one lasted for 2 days (normal). The second 2 were faulty and died within an hour of opening. Shopkeeper was rude when I asked for it to be replaced. He then said this had never happened before. I dont doubt that but that doesnt prove anything. Now Ive been robbed of 10 in this economy.

I went in there to buy batteries. The prices were expensive, so I decided not to bother. As I was leaving, one of the two sikh men that owned the place, looked at me suspiciously and checked I hadn't stolen the batteries. Very disgusting behaviour. What exactly warranted this suspicion? When I asked them as I entered if they sold batteries. I think this was discrimination. In the end, I went to the Amazon Fresh across the street, and bought the batteries there.

Lovely owner. Knows the real customer service. Go there everyday. Even if hes 50p expensive then the other store he knows his service and he defo knows what hes doing. Amazing prices on alchol in the whole of Hounslow. Even the staff. All helpful. Hands down the best shop in Hounslow !
