I recently visited Nando's Hounslow with my family on April 30th 2023, and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the service we received. The Manager, Mr. Kaseem asked to wait outside in the rain knowing that we were with a 3-year-old. He also seemed to be selective in seating customers, and we were left waiting for an extended period before being told that there were no tables available. The service was slow, and it seemed that Mr. Kaseem was intentionally delaying seating customers.
To make matters worse, Mr. Kaseem, talked to us in a rude and unprofessional manner. He was unapologetic and did not seem to care about providing good customer service.
Due to the poor service we received, my family and I decided to leave and not dine in at the restaurant. This was a stark contrast to the exceptional service I have come to expect from Nando's, and as a loyal customer who has visited Nando's restaurants all over the world, including the UK, Canada, and the US, I am extremely disappointed.
I hope that the management of Nando's Hounslow takes this feedback seriously and takes the necessary steps to improve the service for its customers. Overall, my experience at Nando's Hounslow was not up to par, and I would not recommend this location based on the poor service we received, including the unprofessional behavior from Manager Mr. Kaseem.
