I bought mix sweet today for Eid i said put jaleebi as well they didn't put jaleebi in box because they have charged separately for the jaleebi it was not make sense why they did that? It was ridiculous service. I couldn't understand them. They Don't have details receipt that shows how much were price for every item. Its looks unprofessional its not good for the customers service also for he business. Even don't used calculater they calculate by them selves for the items so thats why charged little money extra for every customer. imagine how many customers they have charged extra money for Eid sweets. Pls make sure before the buying items and after paying. i think they have trick to make extra money not having details receipts it was so disappointed will not going back I bought so many things kheer Rasmalai Dahi bhaly Multani Sohn halwa panjeeri And nirala milk Panjeeri was expensive not great. Kheer colour was awful and tasteless. You should learn kheer first how to make then sell. Multani Sohn halwa was bakwas tasteless not as its taste of Multani halwa. Balu shai was so soft sweet and tasteless you don't know how to make balu shahi. Ambala is the best in sweet and balu shahi. you can not compare your sweet to Ambala You don't know how to make kala jaman and gulab jaman please learn from Ambala and by other's. We went Ambala was closed I didn't like nirala services also was very slow. Grampy face no smile they don't know any things about customers service. Today me and my husband went to buy 20 boxes sweets from nirala. The maneger and othere two stuffs (One girls and one boy)was very very nice and friendly. I am pleased for their service.Price faire too.Thanks to three of you for nice welcome. customer wadia Ali
