When i have oderd cake ita says fresh and they sand me frozen cake and message on it cut the cake after 1 hour. My point is very simple if the cake was frozen youl can called us so i cud straight away cancel it and order it from somewhere else... Guys this is really not fair when ur menu says fresh cake.. Very very disappointed

This is easily the tastiest cake ive had. Bought a cake for the second time for my daughter's birthday, and again, it had a simple albeit beautiful and carefully made design. It was fresh, baked to perfection and not too sugary. I've had guests call to ask where this cake was made. Thank you for such a nice , simple and delicious cake. I will be ordering all cakes from here from now on.

Very happy about the service provided, being a family run business you can tell each cake had it's own special touch, highly recommend this cake shop. The customer service was great we even had a nice little chat

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I went in to get some birthday candles and I asked if they sale plain cake boxes as well. Apparently they are not for sale and she had only big ones. Because I asked for a smaller one, she got me a pack left from Christmas and she changed me 15 for it and 2 numbers. When I wanted to return it after a very short time (not even one hour),she said that its not possible because of covid regulations when nowhere this rules are applying anymore. I want to mention that I paid cash, so because I touched the pack(I have not opened it!) she was vulnerable to get covid from me but not from my money!!? I asked her why she is not wearing a face mask if she is so afraid to catch covid and she said that she cannot because is to hot for her to wear it all the time. She just refused to get me the money back with this stupid covid excuse which she will probably use for another few years!!! I am not going to step in that shop ever again!!!
