I am in citizen of the UK. I entrusted my money in Nationwide Bank. Every year I come there and check my money and buy things to bring to my children in the USA. I love coming back home and I love my people. However, the worst possible thing happened on 4/19/2023 when I went to Nationwide Bank. I was given a sheet that suggested I had 83,000 pounds which was not where I left it. The last time I was at the bank I had Annette ( Branch Manager) give me a print out of my funds which was 97,0000 pounds. We discussed this and to make a long story short my account had been hacked. It appears someone had been transferring monies from my account to pay their Barclays Visa. I do understand these things can happen but the reaction and the run around I got was incredible. Although I was promised to receive my funds the next day that was a lie!!! Annette told me they have to investigate further although she was able to produce the Barclays account number the money was going to and verified its not my account. I feel like the bankers and the back office are are liars. They are now telling me I have to wait u till May to get my money back!!! How is this right? You are a federal Bank that secures our money and its my money. I should not even have to wait one day to get my money. This is an internal issue and if this was your money this what not happen!! At this point I do not trust your bank and others shouldnt either. Ive had this bank since 2016 and never has this happened before. However your making the customer suffer because of your short comings. I want my money!!!! Annette and who ever else works there. My lawyer will be calling

Very good service the only que ive seen is during pandemic lockdowns they use all 3 counters so they keep the fast flow..i can be out in 10 mins my dad uses the halifax and he ques for 45 to over an hour they one and maybe 2 on the counter if they have a large que and they dont pur 3rd counter on unless the que is out the door have staff not on the counter walking about hes 78 years old he needs to come to nationwide
