Came to put review for the best service i got today for my hair. I just saw the zarahs review and i was there when she was getting her hair done. Everything was fine and at the end she was happy. The lady asked her few times that she was comfortable and happy she said yes. They also asked her tea and coffee. The staff and owner is really polite to their clients. They are best I have been going there from last 15 years..!

First time going here and using their services but they have been on my watchlist for a while. First of all, the location is very appreciated as its a walking distance from my area. Secondly, the booking (via treatwell) was very swift and easy. Thirdly i had booked for 12NOON however i was not able to make it, no complaints from them, so i rebooked for 15:30 but i overslept and once again no complaints from them, so i finally rebooked for 16PM which i was able to attend. Received a warm welcome from them and offered drinks/snacks; My waxing was done by a lovely lady called LOVELY haha. She's so, well, lovely. Very quick and precise, no fooling around. Made me feel very welcome and comfortable. The manager herself was very welcoming. It feels like im part of their loyal customers already Deffo my go to Service: Body waxing

First time I went I loved the hair done by Dikshant. He understood my hair was dry and breaks easily and left it feeling silky and treated it with care - definitely reccomend him he is great. This time round, though the end colour was nice and I was happy with the product (shout out to the team for their colouring technique) to be honest I felt like my head had been attacked and 10 hours later it still hurts The team were very rough with my hair especially during the rinsing and dying process though i told them I was feeling pain. I tried to be brave but I really regret not being more vocal about it- I think they should have read my expressions to understand that I really was not comfortable. I dont think they used hair protectant when heat styling even though I reminded them - my hair has been left feeling very dry and it smells burnt unlike last time- I expected some serums to give that salon finish. I also had a lot of dye residue on my skin particularly around my ears Unfortunately as I am a naturally quite shy I found it hard to confront them about all of these things right there and then. The team were nice overall but i keep thinking back to how I felt when they were tugging aggressively at my hair. I thought I found a nice place in Hounslow but unfortunately I will not be returning Dear Pooja who entered a review after me, I clearly stated that the end product was nice and that I find it hard to confront people. And perhaps you werent there when I vocalised the pain I was experiencing but the team definitely knew. Im happy you have good experiences but this is what i experienced and I can only be honest. So no need to put your two pence in.
