        Have been waiting for around 50 minutes now to talk to someone, seen staff walking around and hiding in the rooms, one went upstairs the other left and I still waiting to talk about a simple account issue. Shocking to see all people sitting around and waiting and staff is so relaxed. I see people around here for over one hour sitting watching their phones. This is unacceptable

        Pathetic service, I visited 2nd time this branch for a same task related to my account. Sandy Kaur, customer representative wasn't helpful at all. Despite of solving my account issue she suggested me to take a holiday from my work and visit again to branch on any other weekday ( lol).

        Had the pleasure of talking to Sandy Kaur who was super patient and helpful. She spent quite some time making sure I was happy and understood everything. All issues were resolved everytime I've visited the bank and staff are knowledgable.
