        I visited the branch today. We were waiting for about 20 minutes for bank statements. After the long wait lady tried to print out the statements for us but she didnt know that the printers are not working.

        Halifax team seems blind not to observe that there is no sign outside the Hounslow branch, elderly and less able people find it difficult to locate the branch. Such a shame to the Branch manager who has not taken extra initiate to place some sort of sign board to guide people. Alongside ruining the high street look . soo pathetic
