TSB Bank

Counter closes at 4. Was told "this is on our website", which to be fair it is. But when you see the branch closes at 5 on Google you're not likely to think "best check on their specific site just in case some random part of the bank closes at a different time" are you!

I have TSB for about 9 years now and I am regretting everyday that I am still banking with this bank. Everyday there is new rules and new issues. At Saturday you cant withdraw money from the counter, at 4pm Monday to Friday you cant withdraw money as well from the counter. My question is what is the point of the bank if you cant do simple banking. I am really looking for different high street bank because I cant be asked anymore with TSB. At least have ATM machine inside the bank so we can withdraw 2000 per day like Barclays done it. This brunch is really poor and dirty inside, the stuff doesnt even look after the bank.

I was there as my credit card wasn't working and was received a brilliant service by Mr Mark giraud manager of the branch who helped me personally.
