Really poor stuff no one there knows what to do

Been wiring in the queue for over half hour , watching the bank cashier chewing chewing Gum.. The one star is because they have a toilet in there, its not for the customer service

Very friendly bank, I was served by Adam a fine gentleman and he gave me an excellent service from start to finishing setting up the account. The branch assistant store manager Ronak. This should be more than 5star rating, however thats not possible once again great service from this bank.

Went in to open a second bank account was told I had to switch my bank account and was told were only interested if youre going to make us your main bank account. Pretty sure thats illegal.

So I had been here to open a new account for myself & I was looked after by Mrs Chandrika who rendered an extremely good service . She not only helped me get an account opened but also helped with the card swiftly , explained about online banking & also telling me carefully about the terms and conditions & also explained about the savings account in the best way. Thank you.
