First class experience, my faith in used car sales has been restored. I was left alone to look over the vehicle, under no pressure, but couldn't find anything that I could use as a bargaining chip. Any questions I asked Dan were answered honestly and if he didn't know he would find out. All in all a great experience. I would recommend checking Fran cars out if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

I brought my first car at this dealer he was nice and kind but the car he sold me was bad because know i have to get a new one and it has only been a year. Six month of having it things started to go wrong and now i have been told that the car and price sold was too much for the car, to fix it would cost more than what the car is worth. Friends have asked me where i got the car as they wanted to get one by recommendation but after this experience I can't recommend him even though he is a nice pleasant guy. Just to be clear, being nice does not make you an honest car dealer. This was my first car and i don't now anything about cars! The things that are a problems started 6 month later and were fixable such as the windscreen wipers and the car battery needed to be changed. But, when my machine check what is needed the issues were too major and will cost me more as they are historical issues not something i have done. This tells me that these were issues which you hide very well and would you have given my money back if i came back to you after 6month?
