Neil has honestly changed my life. I went to see him in November for a magic quick fix gastric band hypnosis but what I left with was an understanding of where my poor relationship started, how to fix it and a constructive, effective plan for the future. I expected hypnosis which I received and it was fantastic but beyond that I got therapy which was unexpected but genuinely so much more valuable and helpful than the quick fix I thought I was buying. I have consistently lost weight for months since ending my sessions with Neil and I cannot thank him enough for how he has helped me. He has broken a two decade cycle of fad diets, failure, repeat and has given me real life skills to not only succeed but to get through it without a great struggle or unrealistic expectations. Professional, courteous and understanding. I had been been a smoker for 20 years until I was recommended to see Neil about quitting. Once booked up I went along and even 2 years later I have never looked back or touched a cigarette since. I highly recommend Neil for your treatments.
