John and his business partner Ernest are outstanding people and professionals. They put Customer's interest before their own. This is rare in the mechanics world. They disproved wrong the expensive diagnose of main dealer of even more expensive and potentially leading to scrap yard glow plug need for change. Main dealer managed to mislead not only me, but many mechanics who however turned down the job of changing the glow plugs due to high possibility of snapping in cylinder as my Isuzu engine in Vauxhall is high mileage. John and Ernest prepared for glow plug change finding new glow plugs, however they are such professionals that did not rely blindly on the main dealer diagnose. Instead, for a fraction of cost (this is important because they did not jump on the more money job at the expense of customer) they solved complex problem of finding electrical fault ( NOT GLOW PLUG FAULT) in the circle between the computer and the glow plugs and replacing it with mastered skills, thus saving the entire vehicle and saving me huge unnecessary bill. I ask myself how many mechanics will solve such complex problem, be so honest and fair to customer with foreign accent and high mileage diesel. After shopping around prior to finding them, I believe no one would do that. I wish John and Ernest all the best to them and their families. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
