        Customer service an absolute joke, not responding, complete ignorance, it's no better since Vistry Group took over, same attitude, snags highlighted being ignored, nothing being done to resolve issues even when they accepted that correction is needed... stay away from them.

        If you purchase a house at Buckwood Leys through Linden Homes be prepared that if you have issues with the home, you will get little to no resolution with anything. We were the first to move into the development over a year and a half ago and we still have a number of issues with the property. Linden homes do not respond to emails and seemingly don't really care about any kind of after care or customer service once you are in the property. If I were looking at buying a home in the area I wouldn't bother with the Linden homes properties and go to the other developers in the area given how many choices there are.
