Brought a first car for my seventeen year old, with a piece missing and they said they would order and get sent to my address but nothing, tried contacting them countless times but nothing. Customer service poor as they dont seem to communicate with each other and always someone different when attempt contact.

DO NOT BUY FROM HUNTINGDON AUTOS!!!Avoid..very dodgy. The car I purchased from this crowd left me and my family with nothing but stress. The car was so called "fixed" within its 3 month warranty (which was never actually fixed at all..the part in question was never replaced!)..but never sounded right at any point and broke down and was written off (!) after a few months of constant hell with it. If only people like this could see the daily effect selling rubbish like this to hard working people that spend their savings on a "reliable" car that is clearly not road worthy. The car also had some weird going's on like the wrong dipstick amongst other things. Clearly their garage are utter Charlatans. The only thing I did wrong in this sorry affair was to buy a car from Huntingdon Autos. Ps. Do not put your family in a car from Huntingdon dodgy garage lying cowboys Autos. Goodbye.

On 27th March 2023, after doing all the normal checks, bought the car and drove home (20 miles), on way home the TMPS indicated that one of the rear tyres was low on pressure so checked it when I got home. Was staggered to find that the locking wheel nut for this wheel was missing, then found all four wheels did not have the locking wheel nut fitted (so all four wheels were only held on by 3 nuts). Immediately rang Huntingdon Autos and Peter the salesman told that the workshop was closed (as it was a Sunday) but will arrange to have the nuts sent to me the next day, no explanation as to why they were removed in the first place. In the meantime Peter advised me that it was OK to drive the car with a nut missing from each wheel!! Unbelievable. I rang 2 days later and Peter then told me he had ordered another set and they will be sent to me. Another 3 days I rang again asking where the nuts were, was told he will speak to the workshop and ring me back in an hour, never heard from him again. By this time it is Easter and I needed to use the car so I gave up ringing and bought a set of nuts from Halfords. The car was sold to me with an MOT, as soon as I could safely drive the car I had a full service done and my garage found grease leaking from one of the drive shaft CVJ boots, this is an MOT failure so it seems the MOT done by Huntingdon Autos was not up to standard (assuming the car had all 4 wheels nut on it for the MOT).

I went and viewed and test drove a particular car. After a discussion with one of the guys I paid a deposit. Car needed an MOT. After a couple of miscommunication errors I finally picked up the car a week later. Clean and well presented. MOT'd and serviced as promised. Would give another star but for the communication issues.
