Wacky Warehouse - Hartford Mill

Really fun for kids. We had fun and enjoyed it. But when we went they before, they tried to kick us out after 70 minutes, instead of 90 minutes, and there was no soap in the ladies toilet. This time I noticed how dusty the tables are (see photo) and the lady who let us in asked me if 19 months is more than a year.

I gave this restaurant a bad review last time I went here as I definitely didn't like but gave it another try what a difference food really nice staff friendly well except 1 waitress gave children colour charts very friendly asked if our food was OK the place was clean no parking issues brilliant would definitely go again also play area clean not to crowded young girls work so hard in there amazing well done

As a restaurant, you get what you pay for. Certain meals are a higher standard than others. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The carvery is very good. If you're visiting the wacky warehouse side, they have a real shining star in Katy who is an absolute credit to the establishment. She is compassionate with littlens and does a great job running things behind the desk. The soft play itself is good for younger kids (2-3 plus) as it isn't too daunting for them, and it's not too expensive to get in and have a tea or coffee.

Lovely place. The staff in the soft play bit were really friendly and welcoming.
