Aaron, Kassi, and Violet were just amazing. We had a party on Saturday and most of my communication had been with Aaron (he is so wonderful. He helped me solve everything and organise it all and help me know what I needed to know. Kassi and Violet helped me when I was in front of the house. The food was great, easy to find the place, and relatively quick to get to. Lots of parking, a bit bumpy for the wheelchair but it's OK if taken slowly. We check in, and the kids run off in a sort of stampede for the inflatables. I wish I had gone here when I was a kid (if it had existed then). We had a party in one of the tents, and it was great, lots of space, and the food was well organised, labelled, and ticked off as we handed it out. I highly recommend going at least once before you book a party (I didn't). The staff were amazingly helpful, though, and the sheer size is astounding. There's good child safety to tick children in and out safely. There are also a few llamas outside which didn't get nearly enough attention from us this visit. I highly recommend inflatebounce and specifically want to highlight how helpful and kind the staff were, especially Aaron, Kassi, and Violet.
