After spending a lot of my life filled with anxiety, self doubt and sadness I decided to seek help from Josephine. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Looking back I barely recognise the person I was when I first began therapy with Josephine. I now can't imagine living with that level of fear, stress and self loathing. I have taken control of my life and move closer to achieving my goals everyday. Josephine has equipped me with strategies that suit me. Josephine helped me peel away the years of layered poor projected sense of self and a warped negative self- image. With Josephine's creative methods, her warmth and patience she taught me that childhood trauma distorted my view on the world, including my interaction with other and in turn put me on a secure road to a hopeful and healthy future. After suffering from no confidence, low self esteem and serious worthiness issues (amongst other issues) throughout my life, I reached a point where I needed serious help in resolving these as they were causing huge problems for me I could not have found a better psychotherapist than Josephine to help and assist me. Professional yet warm, personable and very understanding, she took the time to get to know me & understand my afflictions fully in order to best help me move forward. It was not easy, sometimes very upsetting & difficult emotionally but I always felt better about myself and my situation having had spent an hours session with Josephine. She has a very empathetic nature and is absolutely non-judgmental, she at times went above and beyond in her work with me and I owe a great deal to this talented lady and will forever be grateful for the positive impact that she has had in my and my wifes life. I would (and have done!) recommend her to anyone needing assistance in their life.
