        Really, really poor. Italiano used to be great, and we could always rely on them for good food and reasonable delivery times. Not any more. Its getting worse and worse by the week. I ordered tonight at 19:30, its now 21:12 and no sign of food, and their phone is permanently engaged. My kids are hungry, Im hungry, and you have let us down. You run a takeaway, you have one job. And its not difficult. Get in the bin. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
