        such a peacefull care home. i did some agency work there in 2014 then in 2022 and i was so pleased by the same caring nature of healthcare assistants and nurses , so peacefull, clean ,everyone knew their job role , the nurses so calm, i intend in future to get a job there as a nurse. thats a good nursing home, i did recommend a few potential clients to it. may they stay blessed.

        Michelle is controlling and a gaslighter, emotional abusive staff and towards other people, family members, and other staff like agency. Michelle and Val answers calls when it is not their job and tells CEOs of agency workers to get a grip with their workers? And very rude. They are sad people with no life.
