My god this is the worst medical centre i have ever had the misfortune to be registered with. They literally do not want to see anybody. You need to battle the clerks on the desk to get anywhere. The last i checked, desk clerks weren't qualified to triage patients and most certainly have no right to attempt to discuss private medical conditions to determine whether you are worthy of a slot to see a doctor. Pass the buck on to pharmacists as well. It's not their job to deal with your patients first. We don't do PharmacyFirst in England so why are you telling patients to go to the Pharmacist for a referral?
