If only all care companies where like Cachet care at Horwich they should be the blue print for all other care companies !! Cachet care have been caring for our mother for a month and she is doing amazing we actually feel that the care she receives has improved her quality of life hugely, with the last company mum would hardly get out of bed wasn't eating and personal care was virtually nil, now she is encouraged to shower and dress but most importantly they spend time chatting and encouraging her in small household tasks and she now has three meals a day and has also put some weight back on, all the staff involved in our mothers care are exceptional at their jobs and we really value the care they give.
