        The care, compassion, love and excellent treatment of my seriously ill boy this week has been exemplary....despite the very sad outcome I could not have asked for better advice and support....Stan was treated with dignity and respect and I was supported through the whole upsetting situation by knowledgeable and kind staff....thank you xx

        Lovely staff, from the vets to reception. I have been 5 times now with my dads cat who has dermatitis. Sadly my dad passed away and his cat was struggling to adapt to living with my 2 cats. All the vets are kind and on one occasion I was obviously struggling to manage. Missing my dad,arranging a funeral and trying my best to look after his cat he had since she was a kitten. The vet was lovely and concerned about me, she went out of her way to make suggestions and told me to look after myself. 5 star service all round, thankyou
