        Rang for a taxi and even though they were only 1.5 miles away from where we were in a very well known and busy restaurant, they had never heard of it and after 10 minutes on the phone they finally said they had found it. Totally incompetent but then they said the taxi would be 15 to 20 minutes. The taxi never arrived, so we rang again and they said we had never booked one, the guy then said he would check, was gone ages then said, no you can't have rung but then said it will be another 20 minutes. Again it never turned up. Avoid this firm like the plague, totally incompetent, total liars and certainly won't try and use them again. How firms like this stay in business is beyond me. Thanks for ruining our night.
