Exceptionally rude and unhelpful when help needed for emergency script.

Shockingly rude, arrogant and abrupt. Absolutely no empathy or understanding of patients in pain. I was fobbed off when I rang to check prescription was ready, they said the doctor hadn't signed it off. Then had to go 5.30am to out of hours for emergency antibiotics. It turns out it had been done, the pharmacy had 'misplaced it', more like not even looked for it. Staff seriously need some training in customer services,. On the plus side, Alison on reception was brilliant and so helpful today

Rude! And very rarely get the prescription correct

Every time you go to pick up a prescription there is a problem and you have to go back so annoying.

Attended twice to collect a repeat prescription. Told on first attempt it was not ready, then a week later on my second attempt I was told they don't have it and I would need to send in another. I noticed the staff, at least 6 of them in a tiny space, stepping over medications strewn all over the floor. When I asked them if they thought this was safe and the correct way to handle medication they said it was how it always was. I told them it was abysmal and unsafe; on top of my prescription being lost. I was then shouted at by some young pharmacy gentleman from the back of the room" If you don't like it go somewhere else!" Ironically there is a sign on the wall reminding visitors to not abuse the staff. I presume there is no sign inside the pharmacy telling the staff not to abuse the patients.
