        After around a decade of pretty indifferent eye-care from chain retailers in places like the Trafford Centre and central Manchester Justin, and his team, were a revelation. Initially, I was a 'walk-in' - turning up, on a whim, one Thursday afternoon to look at possible new frames. The service, thereafter, was fantastic with an extensive range of designer frames to try and buy, and certainly no hard sell or BS. Just a friendly and helpful service. Great, and in my case, very useful styling advice. Fabulous customer service from end-to-end. I honestly can't fault it. Possibly the best retailer, of any kind, that I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
