Tesco branch in Horwich Bolton Excellent service from start to finish. Helen the Optician is so friendly and makes you feel at ease immediately and explains everything. Jill the assistant is first class also ! Well informed and so helpful in choosing a style of glasses to suit , explained thoroughly all payment options available. Would highly recommend this store and staff definitely 5 *

Really impressed, service was fantastic from start to finish. Huge range of frames to choose from & never had such a thorough eye test at any other opticians. Jill was brilliant at helping me choose my new frames, she listened to what I wanted and made great suggestions, I was spoilt for choice!! I actually purchased one of her suggestions. The team clearly work well together, creating such a lovely atmosphere in the store. Also, really impressed with the promotions and payment schemes available, I was overdue my eyetest and have been in dire need of new glasses for a long time but like many I've been concerned about rising cost of living and have been putting my need for new glasses at the bottom of my list but the payment scheme at Vision Express has made purchasing my new glasses so affordable and I've been able to get the frames I wanted and not had to settle. And it's interest free and comes with a tonne of benefits and discounts. Thank you
