The staff were friendly and we wasn't rushed. Everything was explained throughout what was happening and then what would happen afterwards. The staff were very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful, fixed my glasses free of charge even though they were not from there. I will definitely be booking my next eye test here.

Had my eyes tested yesterday, The optician was professional and friendly, I went back today to pick my glasses the lady that helped me with the fitting was the same, Great service from all staff, I would highly recommend

Came here at 10.30am midweek and waiting times are low. i was in and out in less then 30 mins and everything was explained from start to end. Staff i got to admit, it was refreshing to see how polite and helpful they are. i listened to a posh lady having ago about her eyes getting worse and started having ago at the worker, im happy that once the lady left that none off the staff talked about her or rolled eyes which you would expect. Waiting on glasses order to update this review and order times.

Brilliant customer service! Defected from Specsavers after weeks of being messed about and treated like dirt. Michaela at Asda, goes above and beyond to ensure the frames are appropriate for the prescription, and explains why. Something Specsavers dont even consider.
