        Went to mobile phone shop.in Tesco at Horwich today with a couple of issues with my mobile over last couple if weeks which were mainly resolved and with a view to purchasing a new mobile phone and was told by staff at the barrier they were unable to leg me in the mobile phone shop to show me what they had in although there were no others in the shop just 2 females and a Male members of staff. Needless to say you have list a customer for a 200 to 300., and I wont be going back. I appreciate there are things in place to protect everyone but I would have thought "couldn't be bothered" was one of them. Customer service seems to have gone out of the window here!
