Visited Direct tiles & stone for tiles for our downstairs cloakroom this is the third time we have bought tiles from the company. Sam the owner has always been very helpful no pressure took a tile home to see if they suited our needs. Been to other tile companies but found them to be very competitive. Welcoming and friendly staff, always happy to help. Sam went above and beyond to get the tiles I needed on time, can't thank her enough. Whatever you need this is the place to get it. Here are some pictures of the beautiful tiles, just ties in well with everything. More pictures once fire is in.

Superb customer service. The lady who owns the tile company cannot be more helpful. First we needed floor tiles to match existing tiles that had been down for several years, she went out her way and found the exact match from the Italian supplier. Just revisted for kitchen wall tiles and let us take the showroom sample home to make sure matched perfectly, which it did. Before you waste time going elsewhere go here first and will be surprised if you don't get fixed up.
