Spoke to on the phone then i wanted to upgrade so he text me a new price... then when I said yes go ahead he tried to add extra money on for a remote control that wasnt mentioned when all other costs where. Then when I rumbled him about it he said o let's just forget it then. Very unprofessional Wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!

Fantastic service from Chris at Audiretrofit. He replaced the cheap faulty 'Laserline' front parking sensors (which our main dealer had fitted by an external supplier before we collected our, new to us (1yr old, 21 plate), Q2). Chris fitted the correct OEM Audi parts to give us same as 'factory fitted', now front and rear parking sensor system. Unfortunately, Chris discovered the supposedly genuine Audi rear camera (fitted prior to collection by the same company that fitted the sensors at the Main dealers request) was a Chinese one which wouldn't overlay the parking display on the MMI screen with the new parking sensor display. After a lot of hassle trying do get Audi to resolve this, Chris came to the rescue, sourced the correct parts, removed the cheap nasty camera and fitted an Audi OEM rear camera unit, that now works perfectly with the MMI and all of the sensors. I'm happy to fully recommend Audiretrofit. Chris is so knowledgeable, skilful and totally understands the electronics in these cars. Communication was perfect at every stage and he was so careful with the car, even refitting the wheel arches correctly that had left partially unclipped when the cheap non OEM sensors were fitted, that could have fallen off at any stage!! I cant thank you enough Chris for sorting all of this out for us. Dave
