Footasylum Middlebrook - Middlebrook Retail Park

The store has decent designs and different to other brands. Unfortunately, dont have enough sizes. The staff lady was helpful. Try room has no hanging hooks, they should put few up.

Good quality branded clothing for men and teens, my only concern.. I did not seen for ladies ..

Absolute shocking service. Went to this Middlebrook store as I saw online that a certain pair of clothing was available in store so I took a drive down and asked a female member of staff if they have the item in and she told me without even looking that they dont sell it. The funny thing was she was stood right next to it and my sight landed on the item, I then asked her for a certain size and AGAIN without looking she told me that it only comes in one size. I then picked up one and showed her that infact the item DOES come in different sizes. Even after all this I was just about to ask her to have a look if there was one in my size but another male staff member comes along and AGAIN without looking told me that it doesnt come in the size I was looking for so for the third time I corrected them that infact it did come in my size in other shops and online and the male staff member very rudely replied Not in this store we dont. Firstly I am curious why they didnt bother helping me, was it that they couldnt be asked? And I can tell you that the store was absolutely empty Never going to this particular store again as in other Foot Asylum Stores the staff usually are very friendly and helpful and most of all they usually know their stuff but not here. AVOID AT SLL COST AS YOU WILL ONLY WALK OUT DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED
